She received her MBA degree in Business from Bradley University and attended Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana where she studied Business. While there are several types of motivational theories, we will look at how they all work in a combination through the journey of personal stories. This session will incorporate motivation and the importance of understanding our motivation styles, and what is behind our motivations. Too often we start a task only to not stay committed or go through the motions with limited results.
